WIBU-BOX/P is for the parallel printer port of IBM-PCs or compatible systems. The WIBU-BOX/P supports the enhanced parallel port (EPP) with its bi-directional mode that is compatible to IEEE 1284. All devices that support this standard work in combination with the WIBU-BOX/P. |

WIBU-BOX/SP is for the serial interface of IBM-PCs or compatible systems. The WIBU-BOX/SP supports multiple serial communication modi. The standard mode of a delivered WIBU-BOX/SP is the mouse mode. In addition there is the terminal mode. All devices that use one of these modi for serial communication can be used together with the WIBU-BOX/SP. |

The WIBU-BOX/ST works on every RS232 compatible 3-wire interface. The ASCII character based communication protocol can be integrated in UNIX enviroments such as LINUX, HP-UX, Solaris, AIX or IRIX, as well as other enviroments in the automation industry or any device with an RS232 interface. |

WIBU-BOX/P36 is for the 36-pin Centronic interface can be used with Japanese NEC-PC98xx systems as well as for standard PCs. The WIBU-KEY drivers are identical for both hardware platforms and recognize the proper hardware automatically. |

WIBU-BOX/CI is a slot card for the ISA-Bus of the IBM-PC or compatible systems. For the installation a 8 bit slot will be needed, but a 16 bit slot or a (E)ISA slot can also be used. For the communication with the WIBU-KEY driver software the WIBU-BOX/CI is identical to the WIBU-BOX/P. |

WIBU-BOX/M is a PCMCIA card type II. It is based on the same ASIC as all other WIBU-BOX versions and is thus fully compatible and functionally identical to the other WIBU-BOX versions. The WIBU-KEY drivers for PCMCIA support the Card Services and the direct access to Intel-compatible PC Card controllers that do not need Card Services.
